unstable temperature unwelcoming atmosphere
The shower temperature fluctuated wildly. It switched from freezing cold to scalding HOT every few seconds. It was impossible to get a stable temperature. I also didn't feel welcome to use the hotel's other facilities. There was an UNWELCOMING atmosphere.

The room was quiet and the location was near the city centre.
The room lacked body lotion and mirrors except in the bathroom. I found this surprising for a hotel in this category.

I appreciated the spacious room. It included comfortable furnishings. I found the provided toiletries to be of high quality and generous. The room was quiet. The turia gardens with its walking paths were close to the hotel.

The hotel IS in a quiet area. It has walkable access to the park. Taxis are readily available and inexpensive, though the old town is a twenty minute walk away.

The spa and pool area were clean. I used the gym. It was well equipped. The outdoor terrace was very NICE, though there was no shade. The breakfast service provided gluten-free options.

fantastic hotel experience!
spacious room buffet breakfast
I loved the spacious, light room that featured a supersize bed! there was also a separate bath and walk-in shower, such a treat! the excellent buffet breakfast served in a spacious restaurant was a real highlight too. It started my days perfectly.
The tea and coffee making facilities were poor. There were not sufficient quantities ! also, the choice was unsatisfactory given the price of the room.
